Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, dried blueberries, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Cut the turkey mixture into strips.
- Arrange the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they do not touch.
- Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
- Let the jerky cool completely before storing.
Notes
- For a chewier jerky, bake for a longer period.
- Store the jerky in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
