Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped red onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and dried thyme. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries. Cook for 2-3 minutes, just until they begin to soften.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Serve hot.
