- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey and cooked rice. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
- Let the jerky cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
