Description

A healthy and flavorful jerky made with salmon and spinach.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1/4-inch thick strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the salmon strips to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Arrange the salmon strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
  7. Let the jerky cool completely before storing.

Notes
