Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1/4-inch thick strips.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add the salmon strips to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the salmon strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
- Let the jerky cool completely before storing.
Notes
- You can substitute tamari for soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
- Adjust the seasonings to your preference.
- Store the jerky in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
