- 1 lb ground rabbit
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ground rabbit, mashed sweet potato, and water. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
- Let the jerky cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
