  • 2 cups beef or chicken bone broth
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of the bone broth into a small saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the broth and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds (small candy molds or ice cube trays work well).
