Simple homemade gummy treats using bone broth and omega-rich ingredients for canine health.
Ingredients

- 1 cup beef bone broth, cooled
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon salmon oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions
- Pour the cooled bone broth and water into a small saucepan.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the liquid and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil.
- Remove the mixture from the heat. Stir in the salmon oil and turmeric powder until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds suitable for small dog treats.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until firm.
- Remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Store these treats in the refrigerator because they do not contain preservatives.
- You can substitute chicken bone broth for beef bone broth.
- If your dog has sensitivities, introduce new ingredients slowly.
