Ingredients

- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, rolled oats, and water. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Score the mixture into strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake for 2-3 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
- Let cool completely before breaking into sticks along the scored lines.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Ensure the jerky is completely dry to prevent mold.
- These treats are best stored in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
