Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, rolled oats, and water. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Score the mixture into strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Bake for 2-3 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
  6. Let cool completely before breaking into sticks along the scored lines.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
