Description

A simple recipe for making baked dog kibble using beef and apple.


Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, grated
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated apple, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, water, and egg. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture out onto a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Use a small cookie cutter or knife to cut the dough into small, bite-sized shapes.
  5. Place the kibbles on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
  7. Allow the kibbles to cool completely before storing.
