Description

Homemade probiotic gummies made with bone broth to support your dog’s digestive and bone health.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup beef or chicken bone broth, cooled
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon probiotic powder (dog-specific strain)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted (optional, for texture)

Instructions

  1. Pour the cooled bone broth and water into a small saucepan.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the liquid. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Gently heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the probiotic powder and the melted coconut oil, if using. Mix well to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds (gummy or small candy molds work well).
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Carefully remove the gummies from the molds.
  8. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Use a bone broth made without salt or onions/garlic for your dog’s safety.
  • If your dog is sensitive to coconut oil, you can omit it.
  • Give these as a treat; do not exceed recommended daily serving based on your dog’s weight.
