Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to its lowest setting (around 170°F or 75°C).
- Slice the chicken breast thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Arrange the chicken slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley evenly over the chicken slices.
- Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is dry and firm. The time will vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the chicken.
- Let the jerky cool completely before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

- Ensure the jerky is completely dry to prevent mold.
- You can cut the jerky into smaller pieces for training treats.
