Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine oats and chicken broth in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are cooked.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and milk.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- You can use leftover cooked chicken.
