Simple recipe for homemade dog treats designed to promote relaxation using chamomile and bone broth.
Ingredients

- 1 cup beef or chicken bone broth, cooled
- 1/4 cup chamomile tea, strongly brewed and cooled
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for palatability)
- Dog-safe silicone molds
Instructions
- Combine the cooled bone broth and cooled chamomile tea in a small saucepan.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid mixture and let it bloom for five minutes without stirring.
- Gently heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat. If using, stir in the honey until mixed.
- Carefully pour the liquid into your silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours, or until completely firm.
- Pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Store these gummies in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Give one gummy per 10 pounds of your dog’s weight as needed for calming.
- Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new supplements.
