Description

Simple recipe for homemade bone broth gummies to support your dog’s bone health.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Beef Bone Broth (unseasoned)
  • 2 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (optional, for color)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of bone broth into a small saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface of the broth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Gently heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil the mixture.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the remaining 1 cup of cold bone broth and the turmeric powder, if using.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture into silicone molds suitable for small dog treats (ice cube trays or small candy molds work well).
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Always use unseasoned bone broth made specifically for pets or plain, unsalted homemade broth.
  • Store these gummies in the refrigerator; they will soften at room temperature.
  • If your dog has specific dietary restrictions, consult your veterinarian before introducing new supplements.
